Shropshire is a strange shape: coming in at the middle like a belt at Shrewsbury and then the largely open southern part that contains the Shropshire Hills and a similarly little populated top part. For the vast majority of customers who opt for the drop-off at depot option, they are likely to select either the Parcelforce depot just to the east of Shrewsbury at the Atcham Industrial Estate in Upton Magna. If you live at the outskirts of the county and travel to either Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stone, Wolverhampton or Birmingham for work or pleasure, then there are other depots you can use.
The depots open extended hours from at least 8 am in the morning to around 19:00 in the evening so may be a suitable option if you are travelling to or from work. Most of our customers decide to book a courier to collect from them, but it isn't obligatory. You can use Parcelforce, DHL and TrackPack and our services in this way, or you can take your parcels to a Post Office branch for Parcelforce orders going to destinations abroad.
