Looking at our data the vast majority of customers arrange for a courier to collect parcels for delivery from them - be it from their home or office address. They can do this by booking online and specifying a date for collection. Some customers, however, feel the need to take more control of the situation and opt to take their parcels into the relevant depot. Often this is because they work during the day and cannot arrange a day off or just prefer the satisfaction that they can drop it off before or after work. This facility is available Parcelforce after the parcel or parcels have been booked in via the Parcel Monkey website first and the appropriate labels attached.
A Parcelforce depot can be found in Aldershot. There are also other depots available according to your current location as you may find it easier to travel to Basingstoke, Gatwick, Heathrow or even Acton. This may depend on where you work, where you like to shop or if you're just on a day out. The options will be made available during the booking process, and you can select the relevant one from a drop down.
You can also make use of a local Post Office if you have opted to use a Parcelforce international parcel option. Here you would book online here and then attach a label and a Pro Forma invoice if you are sending your package out of the EU. If you haven't got one of these, the Post Office counter staff will give you a quick Parcelforce form to fill out - which will be attached to your parcel. This is for customs reasons.
