If you live in Sunderland then you have a great variety of choices when it comes to send a parcel by courier. You can either book them online with us for them to collect from you where you either live or work or drop them off at a particular option. The advantage of the later choice is that you have much greater freedom and control of the process. In and around Tyne and Wear, for example, there are three depots you can take your pre-booked parcel to. There is also a Parcelforce depot to the north west of Chester-le-Street.
To take advantage of the depot options you would need to have selected this option during the booking process. We do have other couriers such as DHL, TrackPak and our own network, but currently there isn't the option to accommodate customer drop-offs.
There is also another option for international shipments via Parcelforce which allows you to book your order here and then take your labelled parcel (we will email you the labels) to your closest Parcelforce branch (or another convenient one). The staff there will then process the parcel and give you the tracking details
