ASOS Returns Policy

First things first you should check the ASOS returns policy before sending any items back to them. You should also ensure you have the original packaging too. 

However, from the UK ASOS Returns are FREE and you have 28 days from when you receive the order to return the goods. The same goes for an exchange as long as the item is the same. You will be provided with a returns form in your delivery however if you have lost this there is an option to print a new label out. 

If you exchange, ASOS will send a replacement to the original delivery address, which if you need to, can be changed in the 'My Account' section of your ASOS account. 

Always obtain proof of postage when you return any items, they are your responsibility until they arrive so it may also be worth choosing a tracked delivery service. 

Restrictions on ASOS Returns 

• If you wish to return underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, cosmetics/make-up or any items marked with a + next to the product name, please do not remove the original wrapping/seal for hygiene reasons.
• All goods are inspected on return.
• ASOS goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged. 
• All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging
• Items returned in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 28-day return policy may not be refunded you.

How long do ASOS Returns take?

ASOS Returns can take up to 7 working days from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to the ASOS warehouse and for it to be checked and processed.

ASOS is very good with communication so once they have completed this returns process they will be in touch via email. If a refund is owed they will inform you of this and generally, this can take up to 5 working days. 

International Returns
