BHS Returns Policy

You can find the BHS Returns Policy on the British Home Stores website if you have something to return to them. However, please note that BHS may revise this policy so be sure to check up on this before you attempt to return any item. 

If you wish to return an item to BHS it must be done in 30 days from purchase. Items must be in their original condition, along with the original packaging and any labels. 

BHS online returns work like this; 

• Return an item via a courier service  
• Return your item using the postal network

 

In order to get a full refund, you will need to provide proof of purchase, generally in the form of a receipt. Once your item has arrived back at their warehouse, a refund will be issued within 14 days. 

Why not book a courier to come and collect your unwanted item from you and send it back to BHS on your behalf? This may be the best solution if your item is large or an awkward shape. You can compare courier quotes using the Parcel Monkey quote engine in order to get the best price. 

 

Please check-

Refunds cannot be obtained on certain items such as; 

• Underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed  
• Consumable or perishable goods such as food or hampers 
• Mattress and pillow protectors

When returning an item always ask for proof of postage.
