Boohoo Returns

You can view the Boohoo Returns policy on their boohoo.com website. If you have an item to return to Boohoo, then please check their policy before you attempt to send a package as the policy can be subject to change. 

There are two ways to return items to Boohoo;

• via the Post 
• via a courier service such as Parcel Monkey

Boohoo Refunds

For Boohoo you have 14 days to cancel your order if you have changed your mind. As long as the item is in saleable condition and returned within the 14 days of the date shown on your receipt Boohoo promise to provide a refund. 

Likewise, if your goods are faulty you have the right to return them and get a refund. Faulty goods have a window of 30 days for a return.   

It can take 14 days for items to be returned and processed. So keep an eye on the tracking of your item if available. Parcel Monkey offers a range of trackable services. 

On receiving the return Boohoo will undertake checks for each item once these have been cleared a refund will be issued via the original payment method, which can take 7 working days.

Restrictions 

Certain items such as pierced jewellery swimwear or underwear can be non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. If the hygiene seal has been removed, Boohoo reserves the right to decline a refund.   

All items being returned should be done so with the original packaging and labels. When returning an item always ask for proof of postage.
