Boots Returns Policy

You can view the Boots Returns Policy in full on their website and this is, of course, subject to change, so be sure to check it before returning any items back to Boots. 

For Boots, you can return any unwanted goods free of charge within 35 days for a full refund or replacement. 

There are two ways to return good back to Boots; 

1. Return for Free by taking the goods to a store location 
2. Return via Post or Courier 

 

You will need to provide proof of purchase and package your items correctly so that they are transported back to Boots safely. A courier service is often easier as the courier can come and collect the goods from your home or work address. 

Items cannot be exchanged however they can be refunded or replaced by Boots. Any Advantage Card points accumulated from your purchase will be removed during the returning of the item. 

Returning Large or Heavy items

Boots advise making contact with their Customer Service team if your item is large or heavy. Parcel Monkey offers an extensive range of courier services to cater for those with larger items to send so we can provide assistance if required.

Boots Refunds

If you choose to return your item via courier, please allow Boots 14 days to credit you with the full refunded amount. You will be sent an email notification to update you when the refunded amount has been credited. 

When returning an item always ask for proof of postage.
