Clarks Return Policy

If you have purchased some shoes from Clarks and wish to return them, you can check the full Clarks Return Policy on their website. Before returning items check this policy as it is subject to change at the retailer's discretion. 

Clarks online returns are handled via three different routes; 

1. Return in person to a Clarks store 
2. Return to Clarks via the Post Office 
3. Return using Collect + or alternate courier 

If you can't get to a Clarks store to return some shoes you have bought online, or don't have time to queue at the Post Office a courier can come and collect from your home or work address. Not only this, if you book a Parcel Monkey courier you will able to get a proof of postage from us, track the shoes in full back to Clarks ready to receive that all-important refund.  

Clarks Return Policy

All shoes or items that are being returned must be in the condition they were sold in. For Clarks Returns you have 28 days from purchase to return them back. A refund will be processed back via the original payment method within 14 days of returning the goods. For those who would prefer to exchange the item, you will need to head to a Clarks store. 

When returning an item always ask for proof of postage.
