Debenhams Returns Policy

If you have something to return to Debenhams, be sure to check their returns policy on their website before sending the item back. This policy is subject to change at the retailer's discretion. 

There are three ways to return an item to Debenhams; 

1. Return your item back to a store location 
2. Return your item via the Post Office or courier 
3. Return the goods using My Hermes

If you choose to book a courier service the goods can be collected from your home or work address so there is no need to queue at the Post Office. 

No matter how you return your items to Debenhams, always be sure to get proof of postage. 

Debenhams Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your item back at their warehouse in the UK. You can expect to see a refund in your account within 5 working days. If you purchased an item using a Debenhams Gift Card the funds will be credited to a gift card. 

To obtain a refund the goods must be returned in the original packaging with the labels and proof of purchase. There are some restrictions on various goods which you can check on the Debenhams site, including swimwear and underwear.
