Game Returns Policy

Check the GAME Returns Policy before you send anything back to them, returns policies are subject to change. 

GAME operates a 30 day returns policy, any product can be returned during this period as long as it still sealed in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. 

Please allow 14 days for the goods to be returned and the refund to be issued by GAME.

For consoles and mobiles, you can contact the GAME technical support team on 0333 800 5800. Have the product available so they can assist with troubleshooting. 

How to return an item to GAME

Items sold & fulfilled by GAME can be returned to any of their stores for an immediate refund. 

You can also return goods via post or courier. If you need to book a courier service, you can compare delivery services using the Parcel Monkey quote engine. 

For online orders return them to address below with a covering note that includes; order number, the reason for return and whether you want a refund or to exchange.

You will need to pay for the postage costs for unwanted goods back to GAME, so choose a tracked and reliable delivery service to ensure it makes it back to them safely. Returning goods via a courier will also save you the trip to the post office as we have a door to door service, plus we can provide proof of postage.
