JD Sports Returns

If you have an unwanted item purchased that you wish to return to JD Sports, check the up to date Returns Policy before proceeding. 

JD Sports request any unwanted items are returned within 14 days of receipt. For items that you wish to exchange, there is a 28-day window. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. 

You can Return goods to JD Sports using a range of methods - 

1. Return your items to a JD Store - bring your dispatch note and the goods you wish to return/exchange 
2. By Post or Courier. You can get a delivery quote for a tracked courier service via Parcel Monkey.

JD Sports state on their site it is the responsibility of the sender for the parcel until they receive it, so ensure you get proof of postage no matter which method you use.

Booking a courier to return your goods to JD Sports is simple, as you can have the goods collected from home or work address, receive proof of postage and tracking to follow the goods back to JD. Once the goods are back with JD you will be notified by email and they will refund payment for the goods in just a few days.
