Kiddicare Returns Policy

Kiddicare have now stopped trading so no returns can be processed 

Check the Kiddicare Returns policy before you send any goods back to them. Returns processes are subject to change, so always double check as it may impact your refund. 

Some key points regarding returns to Kiddicare are; 

1. You can return any items you purchased from Kiddicare.com up to 30 days from purchase 
2. Products must be in the unused condition that you received them in and with the original box and packaging 
3. You must supply the original Kiddicare receipt 
4. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer 
5. In order to return your product, follow the advice on the dispatch note enclosed with your delivery. You can reach the support team at this number if required 0333 234 2595.  

Of course, there are some restrictions in place, Food, Milk, Medicine, Nappies or other personal hygiene items cannot be accepted for refunds.
