MandM Direct allow up to 28 days from receipt to return unwanted items. MandM Direct state that they don't offer Free Returns as this would impact on their low-cost items. When returning the items, it is essential that you have proof of postage in case the goods go missing as they will not be able to offer a refund without this proof. 

Restrictions are in place for certain items such as underwear and swimwear so be aware of this and check the details on their returns policy.
