Matalan Returns

Matalan has an extensive returns policy and tweaks it from time to time so be sure to check it properly before sending any unwanted items back to them for a refund. 

You can return items to Matalan in person at any of their stores for an exchange or refund, but you can also do so by postal service or courier. If you need a courier service to provide a tracked delivery to Matalan that comes with tracking and proof of postage, we have a variety of courier services you can choose from at Parcel Monkey. 

Some key points from the Matalan Returns Policy include; 

• You can exchange or refund goods within 28 days of purchase if returned with an original receipt, they are unworn and returned with the original packaging
• Cosmetics and fragrance, bedding and confectionary are just a few of the items that cannot be refunded
• The parcel should be packaged securely if returned by post with the relevant delivery note fully completed. 

How to Return an item to Matalan

Matalan will be more than happy to accept refunds for items that are returned to store as long as you have proof of purchase and the item meets their return conditions. There are some restrictions on goods such as underwear and piercings.

If returning by post, you will need to pay the delivery charge but this can be refunded if there was a dispatch error or the goods are damaged or faulty. Always get the proof of postage and track your item until it is received back at Matalan. 

You will need to have the goods in their original packaging and the delivery note with the returns details completed outlining the reason for the return.
