Miss Selfridge Returns Policy

Miss Selfridge has a comprehensive guide to returns available on their website, be sure to check this before you return any unwanted items to them. 

In most cases, you will be provided with a freepost returns label so all you then need to do it stick this on the parcel and send it back to Miss Selfridge. You have 14 days from receipt to do this. International customers need to source their own return method, so why not check out parcelmonkey.com for shipping goods back to the UK cheaply. 

Once your item is returned, you will be notified by email and a refund issue shortly after. 

You can also return your goods in store within 28 days from purchase to receive a full refund. Any items purchased in store are not accepted by postal return.
