Return to store 

At Screwfix, they offer a 30-day money back guarantee so if you have an unwanted item and want to return your order do so inside of this time frame. Screwfix encourages their customers to return goods to a store where possible, where you can then obtain a refund. 

Once the items have been checked over, Screwfix can provide a refund via the payment method you used. 

Return by Post

You can choose to return the items via post or courier service. There is a limit of 2kg for the Freepost service plus some other restrictions with Screwfix so if your items exceed these, then contact Screwfix for the returns address. All items must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging. You should include the invoice and returns form as well. 

Always obtain proof of postage when returning an item to a retailer.
