Sports Direct Returns Policy

If you have unwanted goods to send back to Sports Direct, check their returns policy before you return your item. 

Where do I need to return the goods to?

Sports Direct advise that you can either return goods; 

• To a Sports Direct store 
• Using a postal or courier service 

You will need to send your item back within 14 days of making the purchase. Whether you are returning the goods by post or in store, you will need the item to have the labels on, have the original packaging and proof of purchase. 

Items returned by post should be sent with the invoice and the printed and completed returns form which you can access via their website. You should advise why you are returning the goods and indicate whether you want a refund or to exchange the goods.

Personalised items are not accepted for return and there are some hygiene restrictions on underwear, swimwear and some other items.

Whenever you return any item to a retailer ensure you get proof of postage. Payments will be refunded within 14 days of the return being sent back to Sports Direct
