You will need to send your item back within 14 days of making the purchase. Whether you are returning the goods by post or in store, you will need the item to have the labels on, have the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Items returned by post should be sent with the invoice and the printed and completed returns form which you can access via their website. You should advise why you are returning the goods and indicate whether you want a refund or to exchange the goods.
Personalised items are not accepted for return and there are some hygiene restrictions on underwear, swimwear and some other items.
