Superdrug Returns Policy

Before you return any items to Superdrug, check the website for their up to date returns policy. You can return items back to them within 14 days or purchase. The goods should be in their original packaging, whilst some items cannot be returned such as personalised goods, food and medicine. 

Items purchased in store must be returned in store, whilst items bought online can be posted back or in-store to Superdrug. You will be provided with a FREE post label in your order so simply print and attach this to the box and send it back. There is a limit on this of 5kg.

For all retail returns, always get proof of postage.
