Urban Outfitters Returns Policy

If you have an unwanted item to return to Urban Outfitters, you have 30 days to exchange the goods. Make sure you check the Returns Policy before you send anything back as this is subject to change. 

How do I return my item to Urban Outfitters? 

You can, of course, return the goods instore free of charge. The goods will need to be in the original packaging and you will need proof of purchase. Any items returned in store, must be returned in store. 

The other way to return goods to Urban Outfitters is via postal service or courier. By booking a courier collection, you do not need to head to the Post Office and queue to hand over the goods as a driver will come and collect from your doorstep. 

For all postal returns, fill in the returns slip detailing the reason for your return. Also, provide proof of purchase and the original packaging. 

Orders do come with a complimentary returns label, whilst you can also return goods to the below address at your own cost.

Urban Outfitters recommend using a tracked service, and as for all retail returns always get proof of postage. 

Restrictions

There are some Urban Outfitters restrictions in place for certain items.

• Swimwear and intimate apparel must be returned unworn, with original packaging and tags in place
• Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface 
• In the interests of hygiene - cosmetics and pierced earrings cannot be returned
