Victoria Plum Returns

When you have an unwanted item purchased from Victoria Plum, there are several options to consider. Before you do anything have a good read of their Returns Policy to be sure you are doing everything correctly. 

Victoria Plum Returns Policy 

Victoria Plum offer a 365-day return policy and you can arrange a courier for the collection of your items through their site. Any unwanted items can be unpacked and checked over but anything installed or used will not be eligible for a refund. Items returned should be in resaleable condition and in their original packaging or in suitable packaging to be couriered back to Victoria Plum. 

You are not able to Return Items in person to the Victoria Plum warehouse and made to order items are not returnable. 

Victoria Plum Exchanges -

• You can exchange an item within 30 days of purchase you won't need to pay any charges associated with the Return although there may be some charges for the new item to be delivered to you.  
• If you exchange a product outside of 30 days but within 365 days you will need to pay the transportation costs to return the item. For small items under 30kg, you can use the Royal Mail or use a prepaid postage label provided by Victoria Plum 
• Larger items can be returned via 2 man courier for a fee 

Victoria Plum Returns for Refund -

• For items being returned, there is a charge for returning the goods even within 30 days of purchase. A Royal Mail collection will set you back £14.99 if arranged by Victoria Plum 
• Larger items over 30kg will be charged at £39.99 if you choose to use the Victoria Plum service. 

You can use the Parcel Monkey courier quote engine to access cheaper delivery prices for returning your items to Victoria Plum. We do advise you check the restricted items list before sending. We can arrange for a tracked courier to come and collect your items and send them back for you for a lower cost than quoted above.
