Wayfair UK Returns

Before returning any item to a retailer, including Wayfair, you should check their Returns Policy to be sure that you follow the steps of returning your items correctly. These policies can be subject to change so do read them closely. 

Wayfair Returns Policy 

Wayfair sells all kinds of items for your home and garden at some great prices, however at the time of writing if you longer want an item you have purchased from them you will need to cover the cost of returning the item back to them unless of course Wayfair have sent you an item in error and this can be returned for free.  You have 30 days from purchase to return an item and it will need to be returned with all labels and packaging. 

Wayfair Refunds

As there is a charge on Wayfair Returns, you can print the labels from their site and they will take the delivery cost from the refunded amount. Often it is cheaper to book your own tracked courier service and all you need to do is let them know the tracking number, delivery service and shipping date so they can follow the item back to their warehouse. Once Wayfair has received and inspected your item, they will issue a refund to your card or original payment method.

Any Restrictions? 

Some items are not suitable to be returned to Wayfair such as personalised or customised goods. 

How to return an item to Wayfair

It is fairly easy to return an item to Wayfair - 

1. Click on the Return Items link in the Orders section on the Welcome page of My Account.
2. If you have more than one order that has shipped, please select the order that contains the item(s) you'd like to return.
3. On the following page, mark the checkboxes next to each item you'd like to return.
4. Select the reason for returning the product in the drop-down menu.
5. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page 

You will need to package the item in the original boxes and remove any old labels or stickers. 

Whenever you return an item, always package your items correctly and get proof of postage as it is your responsibility that the items are returned correctly.
