The Republic of Rwanda is a relatively small nation in East Africa surrounded by the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi, Tanzania and Uganda and during 100 days in 1994 it was the focus of the world as 500,000 people were mascaraed during the Hutu-led genocide against the Tutsi population. If speed is of the essence you can expect your parcel to arrive two to four full days after the date of collection.

I sent the parcel to Rwanda but did not expect it to be delivered for weeks. I use to use the post office, thats why. Not only did they take their time about it, they opened the parcels then charged the recipient on the other end, even for a book (thats corruption for you).
