We do like to try and make parcel delivery as easy a process to arrange and fulfil as possible and that is why we have arranged with our courier partners to provide an option for our customers to drop their parcels off with the courier at the depots, as well as arranging for a driver to visit them to collect the parcel.
The vast majority of Parcelforce customers will make use of the option have a parcel collected from them, but if you are working or are out and about then you could take your pre-booked package to one of a number of depots on the south coast. There are two in Dorset, however. The Parcelforce depot can be found in Poole. These depots have extended opening hours so you can drop off your parcel before or after conventional office opening hours.
If you live further away from Bournemouth, then the couriers do also have depots in Exeter, Bristol, Southampton and Portsmouth - should find yourself traveling outside of the county.
Many customers will choose DHL, our courier service or Trackpack for their international shipping needs. These services are only available for courier collection, however, we have arranged with Parcelforce and the Post Office to allow international Parcelforce customers the option to take their parcels to any of the Post Office depots and have the counter staff does the final processing of the shipment. You will, of course, need to book the service online with us to access your discounts.
