There are two Parcelforce depots where you can take your parcel to if you have already booked it in with us and received an appropriate label via email. These can be found in Middlesbrough and York. If you are located to the far west of the expansive county then their Preston, Lancashire Depot may be the closest. Alternatively if you're in the south of the country then the Parcelforce depot in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, may be the closest.
You are not forced to drop parcels off at depots, however. Virtually all services allow you, or require you, to book a collection. This is where the courier will visit your office or home, and you can hand over the parcel on the specified date.
