The tracking and setting up the parcel to send were great and straightforward to use. It was alarming to note that just towards when the parcel was near to being delivered a message came up Parcel damaged and returned to depot. However shortly after I had a message from the recipient to say it had arrived safely and undamaged(well packed), so I never got to the bottom of what the problem /message was all about!
