The courier partner with depot drop-off facilities that can be booked is ParcelForce, which as a depot in Nottingham as well as a depot in Lincoln - which would also serve customers in Tuxford, Sutton on Trent, Collingham and even Newark-on-Trent given the significant delays currently plaguing Nottingham's transport system. To the west of the county, the Rotherham depots in South Yorkshire may be a better option.
If you live to the south of the county, perhaps near Normanton on Soar or Willoughby-on-the-Worlds then you may prefer to take your parcel to Leicester - especially if you work in the city.
Collections
The vast majority of our customers, however, make use of the collection services available from the large majority of our courier partners. This entails you booking a particular date for collection and the driver turning up and collecting the parcel from you. Some of these services will require you to print out a delivery label and attach it to your parcel.
There is also an alternative to the depot drop-off option, and that is to take your package to a Post Office branch and let the counter staff process your order. You will have had to have booked it online with us first and attached the label; their staff will then just log it into the system as collected and give you the complete tracking receipt.
