Parcel was not collected on the rightday nor the next, I had to ring up x3.It was only taken when thenext was pickedup, its stil not arrived

Very good - but parcels were delivered a day late!

The courier forget to collect on two running despite being rebooked ok in the end and will still use them. It's Christmas. Regards jim H
