DHL Air Express is the fastest delivery service available to book through Parcel Monkey and offers fully tracked delivery for items up to 100kg.
This premium service is available at a discounted rate when you book through our courier quote calculator and includes a courier collection from your home or work address. Any necessary customs documents will be taken care of during the booking process. However, you will require a printer to print your customs declaration and shipping labels.
Please remember to check our prohibited items list before booking your shipment. There are certain items which are restricted by our courier partners and not permitted to travel by air.
If you’re sending parcels to destinations in Europe, DHL Europe by Road offers a cheaper alternative to DHL Air Express, although it does take a day or two longer.
Offering delivery from the UK to destinations like Germany, France, Spain and Poland in 2-3 working days, DHL Europe by Road is ideal for less urgent deliveries and provides a cheaper option for large and heavy items, which still require a fast transit time.
When you book a DHL express service with Parcel Monkey, you’ll have access to DHL global tracking information, so you can track your parcel from collection through to delivery. Just enter your PM reference number into our tracking tool or use your DHL tracking number to track your parcel through the DHL website.
When you book a DHL international service you parcel will be collected from your work or home address between 8 am and 6 pm.
DHL do endeavour to send a text on the morning of the collection with a one-hour collection window, however, this is not guaranteed so if you’re booking DHL Air Express or DHL Europe by Road you will need to ensure you are available all day.

The first time I used this service very good at tracking but I was informed by the receiver the package was damaged and the goods inside. Using this for the second time limited amount of tracking and no estimation when package will arrive, I just hope this time it wouldnt be damaged.
