This express service is perfect for parcels and documents that need to arrive before noon the following working day. Just drop off your parcel at your local post office and Parcelforce will deliver it by 12 pm the next day.
You can use this service to send a parcel anywhere in the UK. However, the delivery time may be longer than 1 working day for a few remote locations, so please check the zonal restrictions before you send your parcel.
Individual parcels can weigh up to 30kg and be up to 1.35 metres in length. Length and girth combined should not exceed more than 3 metres.

The site is very clear to navigate and the required service is very easy to use. I booked a delivery for next day before 12pm and it arrived on time. Inpaid extra to get a refund had they not delivered as agreed but I did not need it. Three reasons for giving 4 instead of 5 stars: 1) I did not get any notification on the day to tell me whether what I posted was still on schedule and I don’t know if the person on the receiving end was notified either. They had enail and phone number that would have allowed that. 2) The option to enter the size of the parcel you’re sending allows you to enter numbers without showing you the units. So you don’t know whether they’re calculating based on cm or mm or inch! The size I entered was as I measured it in cm. But I stayed guessing after paying for the label whether they’ll reject it at drop off because it was not the right size, etc… 3) when you print label from the website it does not leave much space from the top & left side. So if you’re using self-adhesive labels it prints part of the label on the edge that you don’t use. They don’t allow for the cut. I wasted a 4x4 label sheet before deciding to take a screenshot of the printable label and paste it on a word document to adjust it and print correctly. If these issues are fixed they’ll earn a well deserved fifth star
The process of booking out a parcel was pretty straightforward but when it came time you drop off the parcel, 3 of the nearest options shown.on the map were incorrect. I had to drive to the 4th option to hand it over. The nearest two both refused it including a post office refusing a royal mail collection, whilst the 3rd option was no longer even there!
The service was cheaper than i expected, it was easy to book in online and was at its destination before 12 the following day as requested.
