Worked really well in terms of collection - though there problems at the other end and the recipients had to pay tax.
The driver that have to pick up the package dont have the mobile to communicate with you before collection so you have to wait all day there. When some inconvenience appears they are not helpful at all, and you even can talk just chat live and is very unhelpful.... And now my package is hold in destination because they dont receive the payment yet... ???????????????? and not one attends in weekends. ????????. So terrible
