The only bug bear in the whole operation is that you have to put comments before whats in the parcel, why? Serves no purpose!

City Link need to contact the sender when there is a problem with the delivery. Not rely on myself to look at tracking to find out.

At the UK end service was Very Good. However, in Kampala, Parcel arrived on 18th Nov and was not available to client till 26th!
