my delivery was canceled by p monkey but no one told me and no one asked me. i only found out when i rang Courier direct

Our Response: We never cancel collections. This status code is triggered by a driver pressing the wrong button on their handheld. The situation is usually due to the driver not being able to find your premises or nobody being in at the time of collection.
