ordered for collection, due to weather haven't had the item collected. but have not had a courtesy call or e mail.. nothing

Our Response: Unfortunately we're not able to detect if a collection will fail due to the adverse weather conditions - this is dealt with entirely by our carrier partners. All collections are being attempted where possible.

When the collection man arrived, he wanted what he reffered to as an 'Invoice' with all items stated. This was not requested by Mailchimp

There was a problem with the pick-up of the parcel, which had to be rebooked but no easy way to contact you.
