Would never use your service again. Your driver lied about arriving to collect when he had not and I needed to make 5 calls to rearrange.

i ask you to collect from my pourch your driver left it , i rearanged next day you driver must have knocked with a spunge , never heard him

Our Response: It is clearly stated on our labels and website that you must be there in person to hand over the parcel at the point of collection. Sorry to hear you didn't hear the driver knock second time around.
Brilliant service as usual. The only problem is the option to pick a time slot when city link can't keep to the times anyway.

Our Response: Thanks for your feedback - unfortunately it's not always possible to collect during the preferred window. It all depends on the location of the collection point and where it lies on a drivers set route.
