Last collection-2 parcels were delivered to the wrong customers by city link. However, it was sorted out without any fuzz!

Very poor. Took nearly 12hrs to get the shipping label, no appoligies offered. No response to my complaint. Very poor customer service.

I have just started using parcel monkey and after 11 deliveries NO problems. I left Hermes after 1 in 5 parcels damaged..KEEP UP GOOD WORK!!
