Very poor. Despite informing the driver of fragile package & making it clear on the parcel, items still arrived broken. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Our Response: Please check our prohibited items list before booking - glass has associated warnings. Parcels are handled at depots mechanically so fragile notices are not enough to ensure safe carriage.
Brilliant service from start to delivery, always use Parcel Monkey and always will as long as prices are so good.
