The service gets better & better. Great. You have facility when booking for delivery of parcel (where to leave it) but not for collection.

When customer filling address just need to put the postcode in to get full address so it would be quicker for customers,other than that ok

Pick up was fine but delivery took much longer than expected due to problems at customs. Not sure why as we included the right paperwork.
