The collection very good, the delivery driver did not find the correct adress when delivering, Price very high compaired to Royal Mail

Original resolve was unacceptable but got to an acceptable solution in the end. Would be better if fewer customer service reps got involved.

Took best part of a week to get parcel collected and when it was collected the instructions had not been passed to the driver.

*FIX* allow people to enter in size then hit buy now for service to have little address window pop up instaed of starting from scrtach

Having to have a contact no. for recipient is a pain as you do not always know the person it takes longer to set up.

Service is good, however it takes a while waiting for printable labels to be returned. Also an API would be AMAZING!

Thanks for your helpful suggestions, unfortunately the label can't be produced until our system has grabbed the consignment number for the carrier, depending on when you order, this can result in a delay of up to 25 minutes.

My parcel was delivered a day late and when I asked where it was Parcel Monkey was unable to inform me neither was the courier company.
