Very very good! They collected a parcel from Manchester and delivered it to me in Dublin in 2 days. I missed my first delivery window so they just delivered the next day instead. Great service!

This is an excellent company. I have used them a number of times for parcels from Sale, Cheshire to RURAL France in the Dordogne area. My parcel was picked up at 16.25 on Monday and was received at 12 noon on Wednesday. Less than 48 hours door to door. The carrier has been DPD each time and their drivers are always polite and helpful and I get a message giving me an hour time slot for collection which they keep to. It is much cheaper than Parcel Force Worldwide.

a couple of times of late my parcel has not been collected that has been on a 24hr nextday delivery price but ended up with 2 day delivery but paid for next day,

The service is reliable in itself and I have used it a few times for international parcels. This time around was quite slow! Bought 2-3 day delivery service and it was delivered on 6th day.

nine times out of ten there is absolutely no problem. Occasionally the tracking numbers are off but customer support is fast and very responsive. Would recommend to anyone. Cheapest option for UK to EU shipping I have found.

Process for dealing with customs information is inadequate, on arrival in New Zealand, parcel was held in customs until a charge equivalent to the original sending cost was paid.

Parcel was collected and delivered to its destination in Canada intact in 6 days. I was able to track it throughout its journey and all this at a fraction of the cost parcelforce wanted.I would certainly recommend Parcel Monkey and will be using them again

Great value for money, VERY speedy and efficient! The cost to send the parcel was 3 times lower than I was quoted by the main provider in the UK. The parcel was sent on Monday and delivered on Wednesday to Lithuania. Thank you, I will definitely use again. *The parcel has not been opened yet as awaiting the birthday, so fingers crossed nothing is damaged. The initial impression is great.

EK320475318GB Hello, I have already made a complaint regarding the state of the item when delivered. Im happy with the pickup and delivery duration, however, when the item was removed from the packaging after delivery in France, (packaging of which I have photos during each stage of bubble wrap and card boarding) the TWEETER mounted inside the 15" speaker cabinet was shattered away from its assembly and broke into two parts, beyond repair. This is a professional speaker cabinet with firm fixings. I am claiming maximum damage compensation for the TWEETER. The packaging was very protective which indicates that the parcel was heavily handed during transit. Sincerely, Geoff Turner
