Far better than the other company used! DPD delivered within a week; other company failed after 2 months, then took ages to get my parcel returned. In short, DPD will now get all my international parcels to deliver.

Our other carrier let us down. We switched to Parcel Monkey and by booking the items on before 11am they were collected in the afternoon.

waited the whole day and driver did not show up. The customer service team had no idea if my parcel would be collected today. Annoying because when l booked the service l wanted the parcel to be collected today because thats the only day lm free. So l just need a refund now. I cannot waste another day hoping a driver will show up. It my 1st time using them and its Terrible

Used Parcel Monkey half a dozen times recently sending packages with Parcelforce. Each one was collected and delivered on time and without incident. Prices cheaper when booked through Parcel Monkey too (than going direct to Parcelforce) so whats not to like!!

Sent it last Thursday or Friday and it still hasnt arrived. Tracking shows it will only be delivered on Monday 10 April. So much for delivery within 3-4 days!

Used parcel force 48 collection slot booked for 1030 on a Monday. Yet had email from Parcel Monkey that day saying booked for 0805 The company package was from said it was ok as they it was a small town and collections were made PM. Expected delivery was Wednesday. Delivery was not made until Thursday. Not a good experience.

FANTASTIC service. Less than 2 whole days to deliver substantial parcels to the South of France (from Scotland). Great communication and prompt uplift; all at a very reasonable price.
