This was the first time I have used Parcel Monkey having just been previously stung at our local post office where i paid over the odds!
The website is very clear and helpful and everything happened just as they claim. Parcel Force picked up late in the day and as a result the parcel arrived within three working days as opposed to the 48 hour slot allocation but that was fine.

Extremely good and swift service. I sent 3 big boxes to Germany with no problems. Labels were sent to attach to parcels ready for collection. Parcels collected exactly when they were supposed to be and delivered exactly on date expected. I have no hesitation in recommending this service and I will be using it again.

I had to get one of my best friends bridesmaid dresses from London to Dubai - the wedding is in just 4 weeks and as you could imagine, i was very nervous, given the track record of the standard post in UAE. Parcel Monkey was easy to use and offered an array of options - I went with DpD and the service was excellent. Got to my friend all safe and sound in just 3 days! And she looks great in the dress...

I made the booking online and received confirmation of the booking and a reminder email the following morning that my parcel was due to be collected that day. Nobody turned up for it all day. When I called 1st thing the following morning to see where they were all I got was we can rearrange for a collection tomorrow if you like as today we are too busy. Id booked and paid for a Next Day service so this meant the package was going to arrive 3 days late. No I would definitely NOT recommend parcel monkey.

Ive been very pleased with my first experience of Parcel Monkey. They offered the best rates I found (dpd pick up); I printed the label they emailed to me and dropped it in to the nearest pick up point, The parcel reached my sister in rural County Cork within 48 hours at half the best price Royal Mail could offer -half the delivery time too! Highly recommended!

Outstanding!!! Will definitely use again. It was stated that the parcel would take 10-14 days, arrived at the destination (China) 5 days. Also, good value for money. The UK post Office wanted twice as much to send the parcel.

Really useful, I needed a package sent but I wasnt near a drop off centre, so through Parcel monkey I got it picked up on Monday and delivered Wedbesay through parcelforce 24 but for £7 cheaper than parcelforces website! Also they had a timer letting me know that I was just in time for same day collection. Very happy & will use again .
