The worst excuse for customer service I have ever had. Simply put they are useless. Parcels over a week late, still no updates from these monkeys except to say wait. for a next day service to take a week is bad enough but then for no one to do anything about it says it all. Just stay well away they dont even offer phone support anymore. They have a competitor called another courier which Is way better.

I am really struggling with this firm the first pick up by DX Couriers did not happen. I chased and it was set up again for 2 days later in fact today. Nothing as yet, I cannot get anyone to respond at parcel Monkey with any update, I have paid £101.00 for this service and as yet nothing.

DPD lost a parcel .. it took 5 days of chat to get parcel monkey to actually do something ... The support staff are not the most clever people i know and the process to actually get an insurance claim seems to be beyond them!.. I normally ship about 20 parcels a month but i have been slowly trying other companies and found its far better to be able to talk to someone so they will get my business in future

I will not be using Parcel Monkey again. This parcel has been held up saying Exported but no further information. Delivery was 4-6 working days and I sent the parcel 1 week ago. Im not even bothering to chase it up as Parcel Monkey Customer Services seem to be non existant - I have just resent the parcel with a competant courier and taken the hit on the goods!

Very good service particularly where you were given 1 hour slot for pickup in the UK. Chronopost took over on the French side but only gave a 8am to 6 pm delivery time. Everything arrived in good condition. Highly recommended.

Paid and processed the item at correct weight and size. We are an internet based retail company of 13 years standing and then get billed for a huge surcharge, they are saying the volume weight was 12Kg rather than the 3Kg which the item actually was. We do not have any items that weigh anything near that volume, completely ignored numerous emails. We have contacted Trading Standards about this company and will hopefully get some money back. ****AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS*** They are scammers. Good luck if you try and use them!!!!

Package arrived overseas and got stuck in customs due to docs being lost. Parcel monkey didnt let me know until couple of weeks after. Sent them new copies of docs on two occations and still the item was held up. Nobody at parcel monkey seemed to know what was going when ever I contat and always say sorry well look into it just to get me off there backs. Item is still in customs and now ive been contacted direct about it. What is going on!!

As soon as they get your money, there is no one to speak to, whether it be on the phone or live internet chat. The quotes for the parcel to arrive are wrong and they no this, they say up to 12 days, but its more like 21 - 28 days and even Parcel force says this.

I chose a different provider this time as British Parcel Force had proved slow. BRT delivered in less than a week, fast and efficient.

I paid for 24hr delivery and its a day late already. Lady on chat was useless and no one is helpful in how to put in a claim for compensation as listed on the parcelforce website

I have an eBay shop and am a semi regular user of PM and have found that everything is great, until you have to use there customer service department. Recently had a case where my client received his item damaged (someone had opened with a box cutter, on-route and sliced through the item) - he instantly contacted the courier to open a case to compensate. After going through the motions with the courier company, providing evidence and talking to there service team, they eventually told him he needed to open a case with PM (through me). He contacted me with all the information and I set up the case, which after much deliberation, they saw fit to reject, hiding behind there T&Cs and stating that the complaint was not opened within 5 days of receipt of the damaged goods. Now, the client had contacted the courier immediately and within stated time-frame, but because the courier had not co-ordinated with PM the case was refused out of hand. It seems that PM are happy to hide behind there small print, even if its to the detriment of fair and decent customer service! They were only too happy to wash there hands of the case on the slightest excuse but not before dragging out the process for 5 weeks(!), which proves to me that the PM operatives (my case was touched by 5 different staff members!) didnt read through the case notes properly - as surly if they had they would have used this excuse to immediate reject the claim? In summery, whenever I deal with PM I have the prevailing feeling that I am considered a terrible inconvenience and there is a hope I will just "go away" if the case is dragged out long enough. I look forward to the little PM comment that will explain this instance away - but Im not here for them to cut and paste a generic response to my plight - Im here to let other customers know what can happen, and how I personaly have been treated. Just something to consider...
