finally got our mattress taken by a company - was £36 but we had no other way and it asked for measurements and weight prior so knew it would be big and took it no problem (another company hermes took £10 off us and said it was too big to take)

Very easy to use and after problems with post office not able to find address the system was easy and found it straight away.
Also was £2 cheaper to go parcelforce than through the PO.
Will definitely use again.

It looks like there really bash the parcel about as when it arrived it had lots of dents in with the Easter bank holiday upon us the person was out so it got took back to the depot would like if they look after the parcel better but on the plus side it looks like the parcel arrive quicker to Hungary faster

The people who picked up my parcel for same day never confirmed what time it would get there. They called in the evening saying no one was picking up. They never bothered to call up the destination address. They tried to deliver to a business post business hours. I.e. after 6:30 PM. The business was off course closed. A terribly rude man with an American Accent then told me off on the phone for not co-ordinating this myself. The delivery company is a shambles and Parcel Monkey should do more to allow customers to be Treated Fairly. Will never use the site again. Horrible experience. The parcel company then continued to say that the parcel had gone to a depo and that they would charge me marginally more £70 something to deliver it the next day. They did not mention I could have it returned. when I asked they obliged and returned it the same night to me at our office address in East London. Terrible experience. Would not wish it on anyone. Stay away from this service.

Had a question about printing a proforma document. My rep really took the time to "go the extra mile" to get the answer for me. Very courteous, and this was so simple. I will not be afraid to sell internationally from this point forward due to Parcel Monkey. Thanks!

Competitive price, only complaint was that it was not delivered next day - but it was delivered the following day, which is quicker that the text saying it was coming after the Bank Holiday - strange? - so all in all it was a very good service for the price

I found it extremely easy to use the site and the delivery service used was outstanding. I was able to follow the parcel right from beginning to the delivery ,including knowing the name of the delivery driver! Very pleased with the cost also. Would use it again.

The package tracker didnt work (the online one), when called the office, it took ages to speak to a real person (and not a robot). The package wasnt picked up and delivered on the date it was supposed to but 2 working days later.

All good until something goes wrong and the only way you can speak to customer service is by email to somone in the Philippines who couldnt care less weather your parcel has been delivered to the wrong address

Very easy to use website. Clear and concise instructions on whats needed to send a parcel. Much easier than other parcel sites Ive used to send parcels to USA and only have to print off 1 customs form! Competitive rates for sending a parcel. My friends in USA are now converts to your site too and are letting their friends know as there wasnt much competition in the US to send parcels abroad before. Keep up the good work : )

Useful to check with where you are dropping it off, and they wouldnt take my parcel as too heavy. This was not clear beforehand. However, the post office took it and came smoothly.
