Booked on with FedEx, they provided list of local drop off were incorrect. When i found a drop off the barcode failed to work, tried this at a few other locations and same result. Had to book with the Post Office, half the cost and they got the item delivered

Late delivery, misleading information left to my customer. Ended up having to chase not only Parcel Monkey but Parcelforce myself and then do my own detective work to find the parcel as I couldnt get a straight answer from Parcel Monkey. No compensation for my time and not even an apology! Eventually my customer got parcel so, I guess I cant say no stars although this is how it really felt.

Great service but I booked my collection between 9 am and
4 pm but the courier did not collect until 4.20 luckily the client waited on a Friday afternoon and was not that happy! This could of gone wrong very easily

All good. I was a bit worried about sending a large package overseas but the instructions and advice on the website were clear and helpful. The cost of posting was very competitve. It was good to be able to track the package as it travelled across the world and I have heard that it has arrived safely.

Ended up using a completely different service to what I originally chose. I have no idea when the option was changed. Although, from then on, all was fine and parcel received for less than expected.

I was contacted on the portal, two days after my parcel was picked up, stating that an item in my shipment needed a MSDS. Not knowing what that was I asked them to return the parcel so I could remove the offending item. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have no clue as to when I will get my shipment back. Trying to get answers on the portal is impossible and extremely frustrating.

Damaged on arrival in spite of numerous fragile labels. Wooden table top broken, so must have been thrown around carelessly. Then extra charges added. Could not recommend.

MY PARCEL WAS SENT USING DPD DROPPED OFF AT POST OFFICE AND TRACKING SHOWS IT AT SINGAPORE AND NOT MOVING FOR A WEEK ALREADY - NO RESPONSE FROM PARCEL MONKEY OTHER THAN ITS PROBABLY AT CUSTOMS BUT THE INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL CARRIER SHOWS THE PARCEL AS NOT FOUND, HAVING READ OTHER REVIEWS IT SEEMS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER YOUR PARCEL.

I found a same day delivery method through Parcel Monkey for a large parcel. It was easy to book and the communicatoin was great.

It appears my parcel has not been picked up or it’s gone missing. EVRI won’t accept communication until 7 days have expired from its intended pick up day. I’m not impressed at all
