They took extra money from my PayPal 2 weeks later as said the dimensions were wrong but I measured them to ensure accuracy and copied the weight from the seller himself! Craftily set up a repeat payment on PayPal without me knowing! I will never use them again !

If you are shipping internationally, Parcel Money dont make it clear that the price you pay does not include duty in the receiving country. We sent a pair of socks to Germany for around £10 then had to pay £30 to UPS Germany!!!!!!

If i can give 0, I would, but 1 star is minimum. Ive sent a bumper spoiler with them . I measure it. i give them the dimensions and the weight.. They charged me 56£ for the delivery all good.. but after one week, they charged me extra 130£ for the reason the parcel was bigger . When I wrapped with bubble foil I added 10cm more each side and I didnt realise so instead of 180cm was 200cm.. to charge nearly 3 times more .. is ripping people off ... Avoid at any costs

I do not have a good experience. I wanted to send a parcel, paid the money, took the heavy parcel to InPost where the nor barcode nor the tracking number was accepted. I called Evry few times, their customer service line was not working either. Finally, after 4-5 complaining email, they will probably refund the money.

Easy Process
Very easy process to get a quote an book a service. I used DPD collect & next day delivery with tracking and all went to plan.

Not good, parcel packaged well (it was unopened in original box) a vanity unit with sink. Paid over £100 to get that sent to Victorian Plumbing for it to arrive damaged. You submit a report of the damage but don’t get a transcript sent to your email. Not a good interface and a bad delivery service. Speed and care should be the key for a premium parcel delivery service and this has just not been a good experience for me given that I am £450 out of pocket!

Although the parcel was delivered promptly I was disappointed that the price i was quoted was increased. I expected that the price quoted would be the price I would pay. It was not clear that parcel monkey could change the price and take the extra payment without notification

Very poor service take your money and are very unhelpful when dealing with issues. I sent a package to Ireland with very low value filled all the required paperwork and now the company they sent parcel with is demanding tax to be paid even though there is nothing due as it is way below the tax payable threshold. They are now holding my parcel to ransom until it’s paid !! Please avoid this company very poor service. If I could give them a zero I would.

Excellent service. Parcel delivered in 2 days. I appreciate being able to address the parcel at home and, with the QR code, print the label at the Evri collection point. Perfect for me an old lady of 85 years!

I sent a parcel on 24 Jan, expecting reliable service. Instead, my parcel has been missing for over a month, and they have failed to provide any clear updates or resolution. I had to chase them repeatedly for updates, and they kept giving vague responses. They cannot locate my parcel but refuse to compensate me properly. Despite their own policy stating minimum £50 compensation for lost items, they are making excuses instead of processing my claim. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If they cannot guarantee delivery, they should not be in business. I strongly advise against using this courier unless you want to risk losing your package and your money. ????

This company are useless to fault, and this complaint has been going on since before Christmas 2024. After paying the money to have 4 parcels delivered before Christmas and then promised a collection date and rough time, I duly wrapped the parcels securely. 1 to Cambridge, 1 to Southampton 1 for Wiltshire and the last one to Bristol. Day of.collection, I was told no labels would need printing as the driver would bring them etc so waited in all day... No courier, and worse no information as to why so I sent a message through their system. Then was required to put in all the details of the consignment etc, so that they could find the delivery etc. Apparently their own consignment number does nothing until the parcels have been collected... I was told, in 2days. Sweating a bit as Christmas was coming up and obviously I want them there before the special day.. hurrah the courier turns up, has no labels, and uses the excuse, "I left them back at the yard, but will head back now and sort it all out... He also said that he could not leave a receipt for the parcels because it was company policy not to do so... Then mysteriously they all went missing a total of just over £350. Apparently lost and unable to be traced. No explaining from at all. After wrangling back and forth for almost 3months was told they had no record of the entire consignment. So I sent a copy of the debit card payment, and that apparently means nothing . If you want advice steer clear of these altogether. When things go wrong, which I except can happen you at least would expect to be treated like a customer not a cash machine.. no refund no compensation either.and what makes it worse, at the time of booking I had paid for insurance incase the parcels did get lost.
