Terrible experience with this company. I sent off a pair of mountain bike rims, with two tyres attached inside the packing. The fee was £26.62 which I was happy to pay. Ten days later £174.35 goes out of my account to Parcel Monkey listed as "Final Fees" and there is absolutely no way they can justify this extra charge! I added accurate dimensions and weight to the item I was sending, so there has to be a mistake somewhere, but Ive had no response from the company, and doubt I ever will. It occurs to me that this might well be criminal, so my advice to anyone reading this is absolutely 100% avoid this company, also check out some of the other complaints because this isnt an isolated problem just for me, it happens a lot. If theres a further development I will adjust this review to reflect it.

Terrible experience with this company. I sent a pair of mountain bike rims off using UPS from Nottingham to Essex, with two tyres included in the packing. The original fee after I paid for extra insurance was £26.62 which I was happy to pay. Ten days later an additional charge has gone out of my account to Parcel Monkey for £174.35!? To be clear here, I added accurate dimensions and weight to the item I sent off, but nothing can justify this extra cost which I am seemingly powerless to stop going out of my account. Contacting the company directly seems to be useless, Im not sure what there is I can do, but hopefully if youre reading this it will dissuade you from every using using this firm, because it seems to me theyre stealing money from their customers, and a quick search online tells me Im not the only one. AVOID!!!!

Really good, very quick service and they are very responsive to queries and problems - If you use the wrong service or put in wrong details you can just cancel and they will reimburse you very quickly and its super quick especially for POD collections and awkward item deliveries where its a pain having to arrange a collection with the particular courier, they are all in one place showing the different service options available.

outstanding service from Karla I got an issue with the address being wrongly communicated by the vendor. The package was sent by the vendor in the UK using parcel monkey and intially the vendor had put in the incomplete address. After several times contacting the vendor and DPD I was finally able to get the correct address by asking Parcel monkey to contact the courier. Thanks to Karla and the staff at parcel monkey.

4 days ago which was about 8 days after my initial review I got in touch with DPD and I was told my parcel was returned to the parcel monkey office in Gosforth and was received by someone called Miktrova. I reached out to parcel monkey with this information and asked that they return my parcel to me but they have refused to do that. I wonder what game they are playing. Beware of parcel monkey.

Beware do not use this company add on extra charge if over weight a lot more than you would expect extra charge when making the delivery service if you do the same delivery with the extra weight would be £66.46 ive been charged £91.06 altogether uk to uk mainland service for an oven!!they whip it out your bank without giving any notice have an on going undelivered parcel which stands at £341 loss Ive took £250 insurance out and they still find a way to not repay you the insurance money so please dont buy parcel monkey services or you will regret it Ive suffered Anxiety and stress from this company going round in circles with no end asked them to make a claim for me as they are the third party service and they just keep repeating themselves have family of 5 which I cant cook meals for old oven doesnt work waiting on an a new oven which looks like I wont receive.

My parcel was never picked up and I tried emailing evri and they emailed me about how they will contact your company. But I never got a response from them either and I cancelled the booking but didn’t get a refund. Very bad experience

The parcel was paid before arrived in Warsaw from London and all the data (the exact address, full name, phone number of the recipient in Warsaw, and each item in the parcel separately were entered into the initial data (this took a lot of time!). Despite the address was accurately indicated on the parcel, the delivery man in Warsaw took extra 65 zloty and did not issue any confirmation of receipt of the money, because there was no phone on the parcel. But the phone was listed in the database, and the delivery man in Warsaw, despite having access to the database, did not look phone number and took an additional 65 zlotys for the delivery of the parcel, which was pre-paid in the amount of 21.29 pounds. Also after the delivery of the parcel, I got on my phone messages with scams about parcels. Before and after I never sent any parcels. I suppose my data after sending the parcel got to scammers and is now being used by scammers.

As an ex import/export clerk for TNT Im well versed in how a customs export document should be filled in, which tariff codes to use etc......so you can imagine how annoyed I am, having provided 3 PERFECT copies of an export invoice on my parcel that Parcel Monkey saw fit to create an invoice that stated my contents was a SALE when it was, in fact, a GIFTED SAMPLE with a nominal value. This resulted in the parcel being held and it has now been 2 weeks since it was sent, not the advertised 5-8 days AND they didnt contact me to let me know...UTTER RUBBISH and I will never use them again.

Booked a collection, they had issues with my label, managed to receive the label next morning which was also day of collection, got my parcel all packed up and waited, i never received the DPD one hour timeslot message... but that isnt the worst of all, because no one even turned up to collect it, i waited from 8am to 6pm. First and last time i will be using them.

The FedEx drop off points stated, they dont accept fedex, tried 3 other local drop off points before giving up and used royal mail instead. My complaint to Parcel Monkey was not replied to, nor have i received a refund.

Used Parcel Monkey for the first time for a delivery to Dublin, Ireland on 24.09.24. As at todays date 09.10.24, the parcel has still not arrived and the tracking reference has no recent updates.

Always a good service. If I have a question it would be why when I send via Parcelforce through Parcelmonkey are the size allowances different? I can send larger parcels with Parcelforce direct then I can through Parcelmonkey.

Never use this company! I paid nearly £60 to send a small travel washing machine to my son in Sweden! Not only was it confusing and hard to fill in all the forms to get it there, but then they took another £40 from my account without my permission because they said it was bigger and the weight was heavier than I had started! I used a tape measure and luggage scales that I use for my suitcases so I know the dimensions and weight were right! How dare they just take money from me! And also they never mentioned That when it got to Sweden, my son was going to be charged just over another £40 just to pick it up From the courier! Disgusting service and want to warn people not to use this company! Absolutely disgusting!

I recently received an invoice from this company that raised several concerns. Firstly, they charged me an unjustifiable £52.60 for a Samsung TV that supposedly weighs 28.60 kg. I have reached out for clarification on this weight discrepancy, but I have not received any satisfactory explanation. It feels quite unreasonable to charge such a high amount without clear justification. I expected better communication and transparency regarding these charges. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
