Easy to use, great service

I thought of using Parcel Post but the online customs form was ridiculously badly designed such that it was impossibly to accurately fill in. Parcel Posts form was very clear and useful and the parcel arrived quickly.

Delivered promptly. Cake fir money.
I dont have printer facilities so printing my own labels was a hassle but sorted eventually thanks to friends.

From initial enquiry to get a quote for posting, it was straight forward to input onto the on-line form the weight and size and then taken to options of delivery service available. Then tracking was straight forward and updated regularly. Very well price options.

Booked a £150 shipment through Parcel Monkey, dropped it off at a UPS collection point, and the package has now vanished. Parcel Monkey refuses to take any ownership whatsoever—no help, no resolution, just a dead-end. Their £50 claim limit is meaningless when they won’t even process a claim. I’m 100% out of pocket because of their service. If your package goes missing, expect zero support. Use a more reliable service! ❌????

i sent a Collection Code on original booking which the Courier did not have so he was unable to collect the package until a day later so that was disappointing as it is the first time I have used PM.

The process is fine until something goes wrong. Evri acknowledge they have my parcel of shoes but cant find it, because I booked through Parcel Monkey, Evri cannot help any further. Parcel Monkey are not prepared to help because the package is stated to contain sweets and not shoes, sweets are on the not allowed list. On investigation it seems the package contents were copied from a previous parcel but Parcel Monkey have taken the error as an excuse to not refund. Why anyone would send sweets to a Sports Shoe company is open to imagination, for Parcel Monkey its a very simple way to keep your customers money! Very Poor customer service.

Booking with Parcel Monkey was great and straight forward.... However DHL have not delivered to the parcel and it is now 3 days late. So the 3 days it was promised to be delivered in has not happened. I thought it was too good to be true!

It said it was one of the cheaper ones but with a mess up with the QR codes two days later I could have got it cheaper the post office but otherwise they went well.

The worst experience. I have sent a used SIM card to Brazil. EVRI never replied to any messages I sent. The package got stuck asking for the TIN number of the receiver. I only find out because I was tracking. We both never received any notifications either from EVRI or Parcel Monkey. The package now is returning and no one still didn’t reply to any messages or emails.
