Its still not arrived and they now say that a delivery was attempted at 10 pm at night on the 9/11/24. Since then no update. Its now 7:30 pm on 12/11/2024 with no update. Not really helpful and the company are now hassling me for its whereabouts. I filled in the email address and contact number of where it is destined. So why is the courier not sorting this?

Absolutely hopeless have been waiting all day for a collection no one to get hold of so phone Courier and they said 2 hours that was at 3 now gone 7 avoid both companies

My experience with Parcel Monkey was deeply disappointing. I paid for a 2-3 day shipment from the UK to Spain, completing all the required paperwork as instructed. However, I was later inundated with additional documentation requests from Spanish Customs, none of which had been communicated by Parcel Monkey beforehand. Over the next four weeks, I made numerous attempts to contact the company, but no one got in touch. Eventually, they reached out to inform me that the parcel had been rejected and that I would now need to pay for its return. To my surprise, the very next day, the parcel was delivered to the recipient. The entire process was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated, marked by a total lack of transparency and communication. Once they had my payment, it seemed as though they were uninterested in resolving any issues. Overall, it was an incredibly poor experience, and I cannot recommend their service.

I cannot put 5 stars as I do not know how long my parcels took to deliver or if they arrived in perfect condition. I have not had any complaints though so should think everything went ok

I used their services to ship my instrument to other countries, and they exceeded my expectations. Great price with comparison . I finally select UPS,Collect on the next day. My package arrived in 4 days, right on time, and in perfect condition. Everything done as described. Will definitely use again for future deliveries!

Took my money for insurance even though my item was sent with no compensation (my fault for not seeing admittedly) but the parcel was well packaged and labelled fragile. It was then destroyed and smashed up by the delivery company DX - and I cant seem to claim from them either. Next time I will go direct to the courier !

Parcel Monkey help is non existent when things go wrong with delivery. They try to make it as awkward as possible requesting irrelevant and impossible information in order to waste your time so you can give up. In this case the Parcelforce delivery driver refused to deliver two days in a row claiming that the address (a straight forward easy one) cannot be located. Parcelmonkey, instead of contacting the ourier and solving the problem are asking for: The contents of the parcel, this would include the makes/models and any serial numbers. - How many items are in the parcel? Can you provide the colours, etc. - If they are clothing items, please provide the sizes of these and how many of each item and the styles. - The description of the external packaging including any distinguishing features such as writing on the box and colours of the tape used. What for ParcelMonkey, or are you just being akward?

I use Parcelmonkey a few times a year to send parcels for my business in the UK and abroad and find their comparison layout very helpful to decide what is the best postage options. I have never experienced any problems. They were also super helpful one time when I accidentally mixed up the sender and sendee addresses and they got them swapped round for me within the hour.
