Been using Parcel Monkey for a few years now and I have never had a bad experience at all, all parcels reach destination on the expected dates and any issues Ive ever had, theyve solved it at no extra charge .

Ana, and everyone else involved from Parcel Monkey was actually awesome, but not able to effectively interact with UPS in a timely manner. UPS has informed me that due to the product I shipped containing hemp seed protein, (she calls it cannabis) it is not allowed for import. 2.5 months later. And while I sadly accept that, I am extremely disappointed that complete ingredients were supplied late January and should have been stopped then. Total of 70 plus days since it was blocked in Thailand Customs. Instead, many more hours and dollars were wasted based on the suggestions of UPS to resolve this. The broker I hired (at UPSs insistence) also missed this but gladly accepted the additional fees to get an FDA exception for $169+ to process the Thailand FDA exception, which was granted. (All said, $520 plus the $110 I paid to Parcel Monkey initially and the $240 for the product I never was able to receive. (Ive bought it from another company since then and had it shipped directly to my home). I am totally disappointed with UPS for sure for there lack of direct response from me in this process and Parcel Monkey for seemingly little control over a sub contractor. Very disappointed and felling very ripped off. Craig

Booked a parcel for collection on Friday via ParcelFotce for delivery AM Monday. Not collected and when you check tracking claims attempted collection which is complete rubbish. The drivers for any courier service are under pressure and seem to be able to claim attempted collection . This is not the fault of Parcel Monkey admittedly but like all “brokers” they dissolve themselves of responsibility yet happily take the money. They expect the customer to pay insurance for claims for delays or losses when if they sell a service , a delivery service, the least expected is the courier achieved it. You pay extra for collection, scheduled delivery e.g. Am next day etc. so if that service is not achieved for what ever reason, it should be the liability of the business receiving the payment. Poor service should not be accepted. Parcelforce won’t speak with me because it was booked via Parcel Monkey. Blah blah blah. Just do your bloody jobs

Your team has not picked and delivered this parcel since since last week, even after us rescheduling this due to your failure to pick it the first time. What a shame! Just refund my money and I find an alternative way to get my parcel delivered.

Paid for Cover – Lost £500 Item, Offered Nothing I booked a delivery through Parcel Monkey, paid £35, and selected extra cover for loss or damage. The item—an electronic drum component worth £500—was accepted, insured, and collected by Courier. It was later lost in transit. Parcel Monkey initially said the claim was being passed on “with a view to arranging appropriate compensation.” Weeks later, they rejected it, saying “drums” are sent at the customer’s risk. Their prohibited items list doesn’t clarify if that includes electronic drums, and at no point was I warned the item wouldn’t be covered. Their system accepted the booking, the declared item, and my payment for protection—then refused to honour the claim. Courier confirmed the parcel is lost, but no detail has been provided on how or why. I’ve asked for escalation and contact details for their complaints or management team, but have yet to receive any meaningful response. The lack of transparency, unclear policies, and poor customer support have been extremely disappointing. I’m now considering further action.
