I put in the correct measurements and weight of the parcel for a quote. After the parcel was delivered Parcelmonkey took an extra £16 from my credit card saying they were wrong. I disputed it and they have not even bothered to respond. Wouldnt use this company again.

I was very pleased with the parcel collection and delivery service provided by Parcel Monkey. What I really appreciated is not having to enter customs codes for each item that other companies require when posting to Europe post Brexit. I just needed to state that these were personal items and avoid the lengthy admin. My parcel was held up by customs for about a week before being released. I didn’t have any hassle or duty to pay. I would strongly recommend Parcel Monkey for sending parcels to Europe.

OMG!! DONT make a mistake with your address label and try to change it because you will get nowhere just stick with the main couriers because you will have to fight for a refund i know a lot of bad reviews on hear are about delivery which parcel monkey dont do they us a third parties that is other courier companies its not them delivering too you ok!! my complaint is with them what is funny everyone will get this computerised generic Reply from Parcel Monkey UK Good Afternoon, I am very sorry to hear about the service you have received when using our service. Very annoying save my bank details without permission took money out 5 times from my account without sending me any invoice I don’t know which laser they use for dimensions for charging people never use this service again

Just had our remaining part of our couch delivered which was a footstool. Driver came up the stairs to the front of the house, knocked the door and practically ran back to his van with his tail between his legs. Luckily myself and my partner were both in the house. I watched from the window as my partner went down to collect the delivery. Piss poor service. If we were not home the footstool would have been damaged in the bad weather or even stolen. Shocking delivery driver. If you can’t speak to people when they come to the door you shouldn’t be working for a delivery company!!!

They delivery guy delivered it to a neighbour across the road, several doors down. Didnt leave me a note, didnt update on the tracking who he had left it with, leaving me to walk up and down my street hours later trying to identify the bottom of someones door from the picture hed posted in the tracking. Id paid extra cover given it was a work laptop with private data. Poor!

Easy to use form except asked for a phone number and I didn’t have one for the company so ended up putting my number down as it wouldn’t let me proceed without one.

Parcel was checked in for express AM delivery and it wasn’t delivered at all on that day, still waiting. It’s not the first time it’s happened. I am a small business and I’m at great loss using this company but don’t know who else to use.

Yr platform never mentionned at anytime that UPS courrier we used for this shipping would claim custom duty fee about the same amount as the one we paid to yr plateform ! And this shipment was only a used keywith a used key ring,a total rip-off and hasnt even been delivered on time as you indicated 2-4 days delivery time, in fact we received it after 6 days ! Total waste of money & a very bad service

First time using, simple system - parcels arrived incredibly quickly (USA to UK)- be better if we could track and download all information from the site rather than having to create separate UPS accounts - although in comparison to another company can not fault - will be back again
