Great service very easy????

Paid for 24 hour Parcelforce delivery. It took 5 days. Tried to get a partial refund. They wont give me any money back despite having taken money for a 24 hour service.

Parcel monkey offered a low-cost alternative to deliver a 7kg box of glassware from Somerset to Norfolk with Parcel force 48 hour service. Contents arrived in a timely and undamaged condition, with detailed tracking of parcel progress through the system and up to £60 compensation included in the cost. Of course, careful packing with bubble wrap and a strong carton reduced risk of breakage. Recipient was pleased with the service. Thank you Parcel Monkey and Parcel Force.

What a scam Sells services to countries that dont accept the courier. Takes ages to get your money back.

I was sceptical but decided to go for it. Sent a package to the US, it was the cheapest however package was picked up when they say and delivered on time (picked up in Tuesday delivered on thursday). Fast and straightforward.

Easy to arrange and a great selection of couriers that cover all weights and sizes of parcels.

All good, delivered in a timely fashion. But too receive an additional cost after delivery was disappointing. I post a lot and nor do I place incorrect information on the dimensions and weight, so to be told a week later they want additional funds seems very suspect.

Relatively easy to follow. Bit confusing about labels. I was advised I would have to print my own label - then courier arrives with a pre-printed sticky label. Oh well.. Competitive posting prices.

I have been using Parcel Monkey some time mainly for overseas deliveries to Australia, New Zealand. Delivery is normally efficient and prompt with no issues to date.

Barcode not accepted at drop off. No one to help at Parcel Monkey. Waste of 2 hours. Will have to start again with reliable firm and hope to get refund from parcel monkey.

I had to send a sink back and tried this company fir the first time. I had googled parcel returns at random and choose this one. It was fairly straightforward and very reasonable price. For a pound (I think) I could have it tracked. Definitely worth the small extra cost. I knew it was delivered safely and have already received the refund from the company with no worries. Can Definitely recommend and will use in future.

Misinformation about availability of local courier services. After two attempts to drop off a parcel, including a 20 mile round trip, I ended up using Royal Mail. Id like my money back!

Good value for money.
My parcel was not delivered due to my own mistake. But, parcel monkey responded very quickly to sort it out, once I realised that the parcel had not been delivered, via the tracking ootion. It was initially difficult to navigate the site for queries as to non delivery and I feel that could be improved.

Your service was ok but I will never use UPS again 4 days to collect from drop off point it was collected on the day it should have been delivered in the USA Then left the package on the recipient’s porch in full view with no signature which I paid for Refund required
