Parcel was returned. I have already made comment on my account on Friday but have not had response. I was sending a 7 kg metal car part to USA. I was returned by courier saying part could not be security scanned for air shipment as it was dense. They say refund should be through you at ParcelMonkey. I had described part as auto differential in the description which is exactly what it is. I still need a delivery solution for the part can you help with this? in addition to refund on the Parcelforce shipment.

Ordered a service with EVRI with a delivery promising a 2-3 day max delivery. Took over a week and my Mother’s Day present did not arrive in time. Disgraceful. No refund given.

Terrible, the worst delivery company there is. Evri didnt collect the parcel when they should have so over the weekend it was already three days late and now the following Thursday (7 days) so far the package is still at the local depot. Will never use this company again or parcelmonkey.

For some reason both UPS and Parcel force labels arrived after booking a parcel Force delivery. As I booked Parcel Force I attached the labels and waited. It took 4 days for the 6 cartons to be Collected and three phone calls….. UPS tried to collect twice!! Finally, they were picked up by the correct carrier. The whole process was far removed from the normal experience associated with Parcel Monkey…. But it needs recording!

Good service and easy to use the website, but be warned if you dont give accurate measurements for your item they will charge your card afterwards-my item was 200g over and I was charged a full kilo extra so just be aware of this.

More and more I had labels not clear, my postage happens on Fridays 5 pm and I end up having to wait til Monday, missing my Etsy cut off for my orders tracking notes. This error message started causing me to lose credibility points with my customers and Etsy score. The time I post, is due to a series of factors and I do not see why its so hard to have labels instantly or reply until 8pm if the MonkeyParcel service is open until 8pm. When I asked what I can do different to avoid the labels not generating, I get no reply. I mainly used UPS via Parcel monkey, my impression in the past was that they have a solid reliability. This week i spent 3 days waiting in from 8-6 for UPS to come and collect a parcel to was too large to drop off with my usual shop, according to them. Not showing up, giving me full day pick up windows, in this day and age of tech and precision it’s just not ok. I now booked RM via a different broker and they gave me the morning off from window staring, having a 4 hour afternoon slot, which is great because, I am in desperate need to get to the supermarket after being stuck at home for all those days. I think my case is made that my loyalty has run thin and I am changing providers.

Parcel has been lost for more than 2 months, in the event this happens ParcelMonkey will never chase this up proactively, only ever in response to your chasing of them. They refuse to discuss any compensation until the parcel is returned, but also do nothing to chase the return of parcels unless prompted.

Pros: Cheap, easy to schedule a collection/delivery. Cons: damaged my item. Refused to pay compensation. My item was a return and parcel monkeys couriers damaged it badly which meant I was refused a refund. Id taken out additional insurance with parcel monkey because Id paid hundreds of pounds for the item, however they refused to pay out. I would never use them again, Ive lost hundreds of pounds because of them.

Tbe first collection date the driver turned up but left before I could get to the door with the parcel. I re booked. This time the big arrived heavily damaged. Tbe hifi equipment inside has been damaged tbe knob has broken off. I am awaiting details for the cost of repair

The registration process is quite detailed so it took a while to get through. One completed, payment taken and labels issued it was easy to deposit the parcel at my local Post Office. Unfortunately the parcel still hasn’t arrived at its final destination due to bureaucratic delays at Czech Customs.
